Hobbycraft and Creative Stitching Show

Yesterday my friend Ingrid and I set off for the Hobbycraft and Creative Stitching show at the NEC Birmingham. What a lot of goodies! A crafters delight, lots and lots of stalls with very tempting things for sale. We bought rubber stamps, ribbons, buttons, inks, shrink plastic, sakura pens, friendly plastic, paper etc, etc.

In the Creative Stitching hall was this Gingerbread House. Everything you see was knitted. The walls, tiles windows, plants and all the funiture and ornaments etc. It is about the size of a garden shed, a very beautiful exhibit made by very talented people!
If you are thinking of going to the show, its well worth it but very tiring and if you plan on buying lots of stuff, a craft trolley may be a good idea. We saw lots of people with them!
