Friday morning is yoga class.
Yoga makes me feel really good all over.
Our class is quite small and our teacher is wonderful. She always seems to know the sort of moves we need most. I often wake up and think I really dont want to go today! Something aches or I have a lot to do ... all sorts of excuses....but when I get there I remember why I go as often as I can.
I always feel much better after my class than before it.
